Resolved
Timely experienced connectivity issues between Jul 2, 13:52 UTC and Jul 2, 14:15 UTC which would have meant customers would have difficulty accessing their account. This was caused by an issue with a backbone Internet provider called Cloudflare, and many websites globally including Timely were affected.
The issue is now resolved but we are continuing to monitor.
